Donor Recommendation Form

Making a grant from your donor advised fund is very easy.  Simply fill out the donor recommendation form below and either mail or fax it to our office.  Once we receive your form, our office will mail the grant along with a letter to your charity of choice.

Grants are typically made within one week and will be distributed from our host, the Greater Salina Community Foundation.  If you need it processed sooner than that, please call our office, 785-445-3611

Donors can also make grant requests online through their Donor Central account.  Don’t have one set up?  Contact the Foundation and we will set up one for you.

LINDSBORG, Kan.— The Smoky Valley Community Foundation is now accepting applications for spring grants. Online applications open Friday, February 1, and are due Monday, April 1, 2019. Over $14,000 is available for charitable community improvement projects within the Smoky Valley area, which covers northern McPherson County and southern Saline County. Smoky Valley Community Foundation scholarships available

  The Smoky Valley Community Foundation is now accepting scholarship applications for the 2019-2020 school year. This year, over $57,500 is available to students in the Smoky Valley area through the foundation’s eight scholarship funds. Brandon Rogers Technology Scholarship, for graduating Smoky Valley High School seniors planning to major in the field of technology.
